Let’s find the right way forward.
Help with palettes, account access, public pages, and connecting an AI assistant to QRCO.
Contact QRCO
QRCO is operated by Arctic Code Labs Inc. For support, write to girmayf@gmail.com. Include the page or tool name, what you expected, what happened, and the approximate time. A screenshot or short reproduction can help.
Please do not email passwords, one-time sign-in codes, OAuth tokens, API keys, or private client secrets. We can troubleshoot a connection without them.
Agent connections
The public MCP URL is documented here and needs no QRCO login. Saved-library features use a separate account connection and QRCO’s sign-in and consent flow. If the connection fails, tell us which AI app you used, whether the problem is with the public or account URL, and the error message with any codes or tokens removed.
If an account connection no longer works, first try reconnecting from the AI app. You can review and disconnect authorized agents from Agent access.
Palettes and public pages
Guests can save palettes in their browser; clearing that browser’s data may remove those local copies. Signed-in palettes are stored in the QRCO account library. Publishing a palette creates a public page that other people can open. Unpublishing removes QRCO’s public page, but cannot withdraw copies others already saved.
For a missing palette or publishing problem, include its name or public link if available. Do not send private palette contents unless they are needed to explain the issue.
Privacy and account requests
For a data-access, correction, deletion, or other privacy request, email girmayf@gmail.com with “QRCO privacy request” in the subject. We may need to verify that you control the affected account before acting. See the Privacy policy for details.
